Promising Danish Midfielder Bidstrup Joins Lyon from Red Bull Salzburg
Mads Bidstrup, a talented midfielder and former Danish Under-21 international, has officially transferred from Red Bull Salzburg to Olympique Lyonnais after three successful years with the Austrian club. According to L’Équipe, the 25-year-old has signed a five-year contract worth €10 million.
Bidstrup joined Salzburg in the summer of 2023 from English Premier League team Brentford. During his time there, he quickly became a key player for the team, amassing 116 appearances and contributing four goals along with five assists.
