What is the Flashscore Rating?
This innovative rating system is built upon a comprehensive analysis of more than 70 distinct statistics, providing a singular grade that portrays a player’s performance during a match. Notably, players must be on the field for a minimum of 10 minutes to receive a rating, which dynamically adjusts based on ongoing match developments.
Automated and Objectively Driven
The new Flashscore Rating operates on a completely automated framework, leveraging historical performance data and deep insights from Opta. This technology ensures objectivity, eliminating human biases in evaluations. A specially designed algorithm has been rigorously tested with contributions from our internal experts, including insights from Premier League icon Petr Čech.
