Cristian Romero Bids Farewell to Tottenham Ahead of Atletico Madrid Move
Cristian Romero, the captain of Tottenham Hotspur, has officially announced his departure from the club as he prepares to complete a transfer to Atletico Madrid. The Argentine defender, who has been with Spurs since 2021 and took on the captaincy role in the previous year, expressed his gratitude to the club and its fans through a heartfelt message shared on social media, reflecting on the five seasons spent in North London.
